The basic structure of the toner cartridge is generally composed of the basic substrate made of aluminum, as well as the photosensitive material coated on the substrate. According to the different photosensitive materials, the basic can be divided into three kinds: OPC drum (Organic Light Guide material), toner cartridge (SE Selenium) and ceramic drum (a-si ceramics). From the life point of view, OPC drum life is short, generally only about 3000 pages, of course, the price is also the cheapest. Se drum Life is about 9000 pages, A-si drum life can reach 90000 pages, the price is naturally also the climb of the analogy. In terms of composition, the general OPC drum is only three layers. The first layer is the aluminum tube, the second layer is the insulating layer, and the third layer is the photosensitive layer. The surfaces of toner cartridges (SE Selenium) and ceramic drums (a-si ceramics) are synthesized from four to five layers of material. In particular, the ceramic drum, its fourth layer is the first protective layer, the fifth layer is the second protective layer, the first and fifth layers are used to protect the photosensitive layer, in order to ensure the ultra-long life of the toner cartridge.
